We offer a comprehensive 10-week program to identify opportunity for your business in emerging markets and low cost economies. We will investigate your business and supply chain and produce a detailed assessment of the potential for business improvement through developing your business or supply chains in other parts of the world. This won’t just be a theoretical exercise, we’ll obtain detailed quotations from low-cost suppliers for key product types and using our extensive database will prepare plans if establishing your own capability is an option.
The complete exercise will be open-book leaving you with valuable market, competition and supplier information. If further work is identified for us to help you at the end of the project, then the program costs will be rebated.
Your maximum commitment will be one week ahead and if you don’t feel that you’re getting value for money, then just send us an email and we’ll provide you the information we have so far and there’s no further obligation. If for whatever reasons the project is delayed, you’ll only pay the first 8 weeks until the project is finished.
