Sigma’s engineering team has developed and qualified a range of fasteners and self locking nuts for aerospace applications.
By designing a calibrated finite element model supported by empirical data, our engineers were able to develop and qualify our self locking nuts in a short space of time. Nuts are made in a dedicated lean manufacturing cell giving customers a significant cost saving.
