Rigid pipe assemblies are used extensively in many aircraft fluid systems to transfer oil, fuel or air throughout the airframe and engines.
Sigma has the capability to produce pipe assembly bends to 1D up to 65mm (2 ½ “) diameter in most stainless steel, aluminium, titanium and high temperature alloys.
End fittings for tube assemblies are manually or automatically Tig welded or torch brazed, and inspected using in-house NADCAP approved x-ray and NADCAP NDT facilities.
